2.2 The exact scope of the Service, including the type and volume of waste to be removed, access requirements, timings, and charges, will be set out in the quotation or booking confirmation provided to you.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse to collect any items that are not accurately described at the time of booking, that are hazardous or prohibited, or that in our reasonable opinion pose a health and safety risk to our operatives or the public.
2.4 Any additional work not included in the original quotation, such as extra items, additional loads, or extended labour time, may be carried out at our discretion and will be charged at our prevailing rates.
3. Booking Process
3.1 You may request a quotation or make a booking by phone, email, or online enquiry. We will ask for accurate information regarding the type and quantity of waste, the Premises location, access arrangements, and your preferred date and time.
3.2 Quotations are provided based on the information supplied by you and may be subject to adjustment on arrival if the actual waste volume, type, or access conditions differ from what was described.
3.3 A booking is considered confirmed only when we have accepted your request and provided you with a booking confirmation, which may be verbal, written, or electronic.
3.4 You are responsible for ensuring that all details in the booking confirmation are correct. Any errors should be notified to us as soon as possible and, in any event, before the Service date.
3.5 We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our sole discretion, including where we are unable to safely or lawfully carry out the Service.
4. Access and Customer Obligations
4.1 You must ensure that our operatives have safe, free, and reasonable access to the Premises at the agreed time, including suitable parking or stopping facilities for our vehicle, and safe access routes to the Waste.
4.2 You must ensure that the Waste to be collected is clearly separated and identifiable, and that no prohibited or hazardous items are included unless we have explicitly agreed in writing to handle such materials.
4.3 You agree to provide accurate information regarding the nature of the Waste, including any items that may be heavy, fragile, contaminated, or potentially harmful.
4.4 If access is delayed or prevented for reasons within your control, we may charge a waiting fee or an aborted visit fee to cover our wasted time and costs.
4.5 If, on arrival, we are unable to perform the Service due to inadequate access, safety concerns, or incorrect information, we may cancel the Service and charge a reasonable cancellation or call-out fee.
5. Pricing and Quotations
5.1 Prices are typically based on the volume of Waste, weight, labour required, type of materials, and disposal or recycling charges, as well as travel distance and time.
5.2 Any quotation provided is an estimate based on the information you supply and may be revised upon inspection of the Waste at the Premises.
5.3 If the actual Waste volume or nature differs from the description given at booking, we will inform you of any price adjustment before proceeding. If you do not accept the revised price, we may cancel the Service and charge an attendance fee.
5.4 All prices are stated in pounds sterling and may be subject to applicable taxes and charges, which will be clearly indicated where applicable.
5.5 We reserve the right to amend our pricing structure at any time, but such changes will not affect confirmed bookings made before the change.
6. Payments
6.1 Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on completion of the Service.
6.2 We accept common forms of payment including cash, debit or credit card, and bank transfer, subject to any conditions communicated to you in advance.
6.3 For business customers, we may offer invoice terms at our discretion. Where invoicing is agreed, payment is due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest and administrative charges.
6.4 You agree to pay all charges due in full and on time. We reserve the right to withhold or terminate Services if payments are overdue.
6.5 Any dispute regarding an invoice or charge must be raised with us in writing within seven days of the invoice date. Raising a dispute does not entitle you to withhold payment for any undisputed amounts.
7. Cancellations and Amendments
7.1 You may cancel or amend your booking by contacting us directly. We ask for as much notice as possible so that we can reallocate resources.
7.2 If you cancel the Service with more than 24 hours notice prior to the agreed arrival time, no cancellation fee will usually be charged.
7.3 If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or fail to provide access on arrival, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation or aborted visit fee to cover our reasonable costs.
7.4 Any requested change to the date, time, or scope of the Service is subject to our availability and agreement. If we cannot accommodate the change, we may treat the request as a cancellation and apply the relevant cancellation terms.
7.5 We may cancel or postpone the Service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, operational issues, vehicle breakdown, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will offer an alternative appointment time at no additional cost, but we will not be liable for any indirect loss or expense arising from the cancellation.
8. Waste Regulations and Prohibited Items
8.1 We operate in compliance with applicable UK waste management legislation and guidance, including requirements relating to waste transfer, transport, and disposal.
8.2 We will dispose of or recycle collected Waste at authorised facilities in accordance with legal and environmental obligations.

8.4 You must inform us in advance if any Waste may fall into a restricted or hazardous category. We reserve the right to refuse collection of such items or to apply additional charges where specialist handling or disposal is required.
8.5 If prohibited or hazardous items are discovered within the Waste without prior disclosure, we may refuse to complete the Service, return the items to you, or arrange compliant disposal at additional cost. You will be responsible for any fines, penalties, or costs arising from misdescription or unlawful presentation of Waste.
8.6 Once Waste has been collected and loaded onto our vehicle, ownership and responsibility for that Waste transfers to us, except in circumstances where prohibited or misdescribed hazardous items are subsequently identified.
9. Customer Property and Site Condition
9.1 We will take reasonable care when carrying out the Service at your Premises. However, you are responsible for protecting any items or areas that may be particularly fragile, valuable, or vulnerable to damage.
9.2 You must inform our operatives about any known risks at the Premises, including structural weaknesses, unsafe access routes, or concealed services such as pipes and cables.
9.3 We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, minor scuffs, or marks that may reasonably occur when removing bulky items or heavy loads, provided we have taken reasonable care.
10. Liability and Limitations
10.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
10.2 Subject to clause 10.1, our total liability for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid or payable by you for the Service in question.
10.3 We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising from the performance or non-performance of the Service.
10.4 We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including traffic conditions, road closures, severe weather, accidents, or third-party actions.
10.5 You are responsible for any damage or loss suffered by us or our operatives as a result of your breach of these Terms and Conditions, including any misdescription of Waste, failure to provide safe access, or inclusion of prohibited items.
11. Complaints and Disputes
11.1 If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the Service, you should notify us as soon as possible, and in any event within 48 hours of the Service being carried out, setting out the nature of your concern.
11.2 We will investigate your complaint and may request supporting information or evidence. We will aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and, where appropriate, offer a remedy which may include re-performance of the Service or a partial refund.
11.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, either party may seek to resolve the matter through legal proceedings in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction set out in these Terms and Conditions.
12. Data Protection and Privacy
12.1 We collect and use personal information in the course of providing the Service, including your name, contact details, address, and payment information.
